Ninh Binh Excursion
Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Ninh Binh Excursion starts from Hanoi. You will be collected at your hotel at 8 am and driven to Ninh Binh. The journey will take more than 2-hour drive. Upon arrival, we will stop in Hoa Lu which was once a national capital. Your guide will take you to visit 2 royal temples constructed in the 11th century.
Afterwards, you can climb up to Ma Yen mountain top for a great panorama of the countryside. Continue to drive to Tam Coc where you will have lunch.
Boat trip and Cycling Tour
After lunch at a local restaurant, a rowing boat will be arranged in Tam Coc for your a 2-hour river trip. The boat trip will give you the opportunity to see beautiful sightseeing with rice fields, limestone hills and natural tunnels.
Afterwards, take a guided cycling tour to enjoy the rural area through scenic routes. While cycling, stop over to visit some popular palaces such as Thai Vi Temple and Bich Dong pagoda. Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.
